I ordered this from hosss.com and it feels way better than a lot of stuff you get online these days. Most products like this are usually either flimsy or annoying to set up, but this one felt solid and was simple to get going right out of the box.
I’ve been using it for a little while now and it’s been steady the whole time. No random problems, no weird glitches, none of that typical hassle you almost expect with these things. Overall I’m happy with it and I’d probably order again.

"Support took way too long"
I used hosss.com and the service itself was fine enough, nothing amazing but it did what I needed. The annoying part was support. I messaged them about an issue and then just sat around waiting for a couple days before anyone bothered to reply.
When they finally got back to me, the answer felt bare minimum and didn’t really cover everything I asked. It had that kind of polished company wording that sounds helpful but doesn’t actually say much. I had to follow up again, so yeah, not a total disaster, but I wouldn’t count on them if you need quick or clear help
